Was Thomas Corti at St Clouds a mag?

I love St. Clouds because they have always been so supportive of the neighborhood and other social issues and it's a great place that welcomes everyone and is cozy. Although their menu is great, I think the food preparation/taste has gone downhill since one of the owners left. I hope they get back to the great food they had before. I was really disappointed. What Eriberto Wiza dislikes about St Clouds:

Unfortunately the service was very poor. It took 15 min for us to be even be recognized by the wait staff. I had to finally get up and ask to be waited on. I ordered the scallop entre which was terrible. The scallops were under cooked (gray in color), chewy, and presented floating in a sea of creamy, soupy polenta. I ate one scallop and left the rest. Decent little neighborhood jointMy omelette with potatoes and coffee cake was tasty and a massive portion.
