Was Dar O at Some Random a mag?
First and foremost, you have to try the Warm Garlic Pull Apart—it's absolutely amazing! It's made in-house with a buttery croissant, topped with garlic, burrata mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt. View all feedback.
What Jarvis Sporer dislikes about Some Random:
They take customer care as lightly as the name. In the efforts of giving a rustic vintage look to the place they made it rust like. How is one supposed to pour water from this jar? Is it supposed to be cool? My friend ordered a fish which was clearly stale and they didn’t even offer to replace it even after he pointed that out. Location is good with parking adjacent to the place. View all feedback.

The first bar I went to in Seattle! I love this place it’s simple in terms of the decor but everything else about it is exceptional! The service is fantastic great recommendations from our server and quick to deliver. The devil margarita, pull apart garlic bread and loaded nachos are excellent and I would highly recommend it!
My friend and I tried this place on our first night during our first trip to Seattle. We absolutely loved the atmosphere, drinks, and food... So much that we came back two additional times during our 3 day stay. If I ever make my way back in the area I will for sure be back! Our favs were definitely the crab nachos and the garlic pull apart nachos.
We'd intended to go to Black Bottle, which is next door, but accidentally walked into Some Random Bar. After discovering our mistake and laughing at the fact that we'd walked into Some Random Bar instead of the bar we'd intended, we decided to stay. And we were glad we did. They have a good, reasonably-priced list of beers on tap plus tasty cocktails. The spicy mango margarita and the double chocolate stout on tap were particular favorites. Along with our drinks, we had two snacks: french fries and the house made clam chowder. The french fries were good, but the clam chowder was truly excellent. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of their food. But what we were most impressed by was the service! It was friendly and fast. We had our drinks within minutes of sitting down and our food came out quickly as well. When one friend knocked water everywhere, including on another friend, the server noticed immediately and had arrived with a cloth before we even had time to start mopping it up with napkins. We're definitely planning to go back.
Great little bar with surprisingly tasty food! Afterwork or neighborhood joint. Parking can be a challenge in this area, so uber is a good option. Staff was friendly and helpful with selections. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world
Nestled near Seattle’s iconic landmarks, this vibrant eatery offers a cozy atmosphere paired with attentive, knowledgeable staff that elevate the dining experience. The menu boasts flavorful highlights like garlic pull-apart bread, crab nachos, and expertly prepared chicken wings, complemented by creative cocktails and a solid beer selection. Happy hour specials enhance the value, attracting early crowds. While portions are generous and prices reasonable, food quality generally pleases, though occasional freshness concerns arise. Overall, the welcoming ambiance, diverse drinks, and standout dishes make it a compelling spot for casual gatherings and repeat visits alike.
