I especially appreciated their unique twist where one half featured classic adjaruli ingredients (cheese, egg, butter) and the other half presented a different dish entirely—stroganoff with pickles in this case. The bread could use a bit more salt and doesn’t have the typical flavor you might expect, but it’s freshly made, warm, and has a nice crust, which is definitely a plus. It could also be served hotter, and I would enjoy a stronger tanginess in the cheese. I’ve noticed that some places add feta to their cheese mix when good suluguni is hard to find. In summary, while it might not cater to tourists or those looking for an authentic Georgian experience, it provides a pleasant and somewhat different option for breakfast or lunch. For vegetarians, the main khachapuri ingredients are vegetarian, though many dishes contain meat, clearly labeled as “chicken” or “stroganoff.” When I visited for breakfast, the menu was quite limited, offering only about five dishes, despite more options being listed online.

A helpful tip is to arrive early, as everything is made fresh and there might be a wait. It’s definitely worth it!

The dish took about five to ten minute... read more August 2023: I was very curious to try the Georgian bread breakfast. I ordered a cup of coffee and the veggie bread boat. The dish took about five to ten minutes to prepare. When it arrived, it was hot and fresh! The crust was warm and fluffy, and the cheese and egg were absolutely delicious. The veggies were served in a savory tomato-based sauce that was excellent. Overall, I really enjoyed my breakfast and would definitely come back for more tasty Georgian bread boats.

I chose the stroganoff type. My Mom got the spinach. Excellent, friendly service, chill, cafe like trendy atmosphere. I highly recommend checking them out for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
