Skalka was a great surprise! Went in for a random coffee and left with knowledge of one of the tastiest foods I've ever eaten! The is a delight. I chose the stroganoff type. My Mom got the spinach. Excellent, friendly service, chill, cafe like trendy atmosphere. I highly recommend checking them out for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I had never had khachapuri and when I saw Skalla was down the street. I figured why not. It didn't disappoint! I had the chicken and it was delicious with a hot coffee. I'll be back next time I am in Seattle. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I had no idea what I was eating and at the same time I knew what I was eating. My first time trying Georgian cuisine and I was not disappointed! When I entered, I didn't see any one available for taking orders. Eventually a big tablet caught my attentionand whispered I should order food. Simple menu. Reasonable prices. Contactless Pay. Easy ordering. Not bad. Okay I'm in. Prettyplace to eat in. The wait for food took some time but worth the wait. The boat dishes Khachapuri enclosed a collection ofingredients ready for dipping the bread. Each piece inside this container graciously called me and asked, are you ready to eat?My stomach could not handle the large portion size. Clean bathrooms too. They care :

These heavenly masterpieces are made fresh to order and are consistently delicious every time. They take a few minutes for bake in the back (the wait is well worth it). They are large enough to share but I have eaten one all to myself and surprisingly, Idid not feel overly full. My favorite is the Beef Stroganoff Skalka which equals 100% pure comfort. The atmosphere is clean andsimple with counter service and self-seating.
