What User likes about Senor Carbon Peruvian Cuisine:
this Peruvian Japanese place is amazing. if they love cocktail, pisco sour in señor carbón is a must try. well made earthly, sweet and tart. achevichado rolle (panko garnelen and avocado) is a very unique zesty sushi roll and it tastes so good. I also enjoy pulpo a la parrilla (grilled octopus) very delicate and tasteful. eating is served very fast and really great. View all feedback.
