Seaports Restaurant and Lounge @ The DoubleTree - Seattle Airport

Worst fish and chips I've ever had. fish seemed to be out of a box. you would expect more in seattle.

This is a hotel restaurant lounge. they generally do not have to be good, as they have an imprisoned public. but this is actually a nice place and eating was very good. my only problems were connected to the service. not that it was bad (it was not.) but there were small stolper. when I came up for my reservation, there were no hosts to see. I waited a few minutes before a passing waitress told me to just grab one table if I didn't want to wait. then my server repeatedly sneaked on me and stood behind me to ask that approached from the side where I could see her, and she had no idea what the beginning of the day may be. but she was quick and attentive, and eating was very good. as it turned out, was the beginning of the day halibut, it was delicious, and the sides were very good. overall, eating was a little pricy, but not obscene. the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. I wouldn't go to dinner again, but I would like to take the elevator to the lobby and eat here instead of picking up a taxi.

The eating was good, but the service was slow, not because the server was really bad, but only not enough server to handle the pay. Moreover, the type of handling of the seats was somewhat frustrating. each under 21 had to sit down what I understand, but it put all the screaming children in a small spot and was very loud and clear felt as if we were annoying, even with teenagers. it would have been much more pleasant to sit from a server on more courtesy wise.

I'm alone, I want to sit tp at bars when it's available instead of on a table. this proved to be a good choice, as the bar staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. menus had something for everyone and drinks were much better than expected. there are 2 nights of 3 and would go back to my next trip to seattle.

I left a detail review on Yelp . Service was extremely slow . $26 for dried out chicken wax ridicules . The chicken died in the window . The potatoes that came with the chicken where gross . The dessert came out so slow that the server compt it. The value just was not there. Better product served at KFC or Popeyes for a fraction of $140. that we spent.
