Plentiful indoor and outdoor seating with amazing pizza by Shota Nakajima. Wide selection of beers on tap.
We stop by anytime we are in Seattle since my husband likes a few of their beers.Place is always clean, drinks are cold and the staff are friendly. I only give 4 stars because even though we sat at the bar, we didn't really get helped. I know normally people have to walk up to the counter to order and then take a seat but shouldn't the bar seats get bar service? We opened a tab so not sure what the issue was.
Attended one of the live viewings of ToC and I gotta say, that was fantastic. Chef Shota is amazing and so nice, we're proud to have him representing us. Solid tap list as you'd expect, even better food, the building is beautiful, service was quick and professional... We drove 180 miles to come here and it was SOO worth it. We'll be back, probably next weekend.
Wonderful overall experience. Jolie was very helpful and lovely. The vibe was awesome and warm. The manager stopped by and was very helpful with the experience. I think he said his name was Kris. Will go back. P.s. the beer was great.
The manager and staff at Redhook Brewlab were incredibly unprofessional and rude. I've never encountered anyone as disrespectful as Nick. He came to our table, grabbed our paid-for drinks without any explanation in an aggressive manner, and when we brought this up to the manager, he made an offensive gesture and walked away right in front of Julia, the manager, who sided with him. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting to be treated with respect.
Redhook Brewery offers a standout selection of beers and a welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by spacious indoor and charming outdoor patio seating. Guests appreciate the friendly, accommodating staff and diverse drink options, including cider and cocktails. Light bites like pretzels, shoestring fries, and loaded fries receive praise, though pizza and salads have been hit-or-miss, with some noting a decline in food quality and limited pizza availability late in the evening. While service is generally warm, occasional reports of unprofessional behavior have surfaced. Overall, Redhook shines as a great spot for drinks and casual snacks, perfect for relaxing with friends.

The beers here are excellent, and our sampler was enjoyable to the last drop. Whatever your preference—whether you like Smash, gose, or porter—you'll find them crafted beautifully. Located next to KObo Pizza, you can also tantalize your taste buds with the creations of Shoda from Top Chef, along with a variety of toppings. Overall, I would rate it as fantastic!
The beer here is excellent, but the food quality has noticeably declined since they partnered with K?bo Pizza. The pizzas mostly consist of dough, with very little cheese and hardly any meat on the meat options. The kale Caesar salad is overpowered by the seafood flavor in the dressing and is also drenched in too much dressing. To make matters worse, they ran out of pizzas by 7:45 PM—at a restaurant that specializes in pizza! Overall, I recommend coming to Redhook for the beer rather than the food.
As a dedicated beer lover, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment! I sampled a flight of six distinct beers, and each one was outstanding. They also have a nice selection of wines available. The service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the venue is quite roomy! Make sure to visit this place on your next trip to Seattle!
Word of advice, don?t expect decent customer service. You have to seat yourself then find some random employee to order food and drinks, no one comes to check on you so if you want another drink you have to once again find a random employee. The good is delicious, there?s plenty of places to sit and the atmosphere was nice and got that I can definitely come back!

Just a warning: don’t anticipate excellent customer service at this place. You’ll have to seat yourself and seek out a staff member to place your food and drink orders, as no one comes to check on you. If you want another drink, you’ll have to find another employee. On the positive side, the food is tasty, there are plenty of seating choices, and the atmosphere is nice. I would definitely think about returning!
This is an amazing place for food and drinks! While it's the brewery for Redhook, they also serve cider, wine, and cocktails, so there’s something for everyone. The pub-style menu offers a variety of choices, including burgers, pizza, brats, and nachos. We sampled the fully loaded fries and the house-made pretzel, both of which were fantastic. The beer selection is outstanding. There are two outdoor patios and a spacious indoor area as well. Just a quick note, we had to look for street parking, but there are some lots and garages nearby.
I had a great time enjoying a pint of beer with a burger and fries. The beer was excellent, the burger was tasty, and the shoestring fries were just right.

The beer at Redhook is excellent, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has noticeably declined since their partnership with K?bo Pizza. The pizzas are predominantly doughy, with only a small amount of cheese and just a couple of ounces of meat on the meat options. Additionally, their kale Caesar salad is overwhelmed by seafood in the dressing and comes with far too much dressing overall. To make matters worse, they ran out of pizzas by 7:45 PM, which is surprising for a place that specializes in pizza. Overall, I would suggest visiting Redhook for the beer, but not for the food.
As a devoted beer lover, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment! I sampled a flight of six beers, and each one was exceptional. They also have a good range of wines on offer. The service was prompt and welcoming, the atmosphere was superb, and the space itself was generous! Don't miss the chance to visit on your next trip to Seattle!
I've visited this restaurant numerous times, and I must say that my latest experience was truly delightful. We were a large group, including a baby and a dog, and we were fortunate to snag a cozy couch area on the back patio just after they opened. The manager was incredibly kind and accommodating, always maintaining a cheerful demeanor as they attended to our needs. The Frosé was especially delicious, and the shoestring fries were fantastic too. I recall really enjoying the pretzel during a previous visit, so I highly recommend this place for drinks and light snacks.
