I didn't realize how much I love German beer until now—there's something truly addictive about it. Upon entering, there's a sign that reads, "You haven't found IPA!" I do enjoy IPAs, but I found the selection here to be quite refreshing. I sampled every beer and apple wine they had on tap, and I liked almost all of them. They really need to stay open longer! What User doesn't like about Prost West Seattle:
I wouldn't recommend coming here if you've taken the bus. The staff seems uninterested in accommodating your closing time. They only bring you the check when it suits them, regardless of what you ordered. View all feedback.
German tavern through and through, a cozy social club with design Bitburger and many other German beers on tap, whether your taste runs white or black. The staff in Prost! Are friendly and attentive. I recommend bratwurst, cheese pulps and sourds.
German beers only. Any kind of hard alcohol you want though. Many a fun night spent here. It’s a fun and lively bar just like you would find in Germany. Food is lighter fair. Reasonably priced food, drinks, and fast friendly service.
Friendly service , German beer and food , everything is right in the universe being there.
Prepare to be immersed in this German pub. Located about halfways between the Admiral and Alaska Junctions in West Seattle, one would think it might be a sleepy watering hole. That it is not! I'm not sure how far and wide folks travel to get here or whether it is the immediate locals that are loyal fans, but there is almost always a crowd. The pub stays open until 2am every night and also serves food and liquor. Super amicable staff and everything is just great.
Cozy place with a great selection of German beers and delicious bites to go with them. They make a solid pretzel that's perfect when I'm quaffing a few half-liters of lager. Oktoberfest is a great time to visit, but if you can get a seat at the bar when there's a game on TV, anytime can be a good time.
