However, the service was a bit slow during dinner, and the atmosphere felt dull — mostly individual diners eating alone for work. The bar is beautiful and gr... read more This review is for the brunch. Patagon is the restaurant inside The Charter Hotel, which is part of Hilton. It’s really nice inside. The bar is beautiful and greets you on the left as you walk toward the host. The kitchen is to the right. The brunch menu is honestly meh. The cheeseburger $21 was the only thing that seemed decent to me. The beef patties were tasty, but the portion size was small. The chicken quesadilla $18 was so disappointing. It was so dry, and there was barely enough salsa for the chips. The mango salsa was a joke. This is an Argentinian restaurant? The server was nice. Bathroom is in the hotel lobby. You need to exit the restaurant to reach it. No wifi. Indoor seating only. Apple Pay/credit card accepted. Can charge the bill to your room. Our party of 10 was given a private dining room which was perfect for our kids to move around a bit. Service from Tim, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The staff even provided a tulip to each of the mothers, nice touch!Food was excellent! Some of our favorites were the salmon Benedict, huckleberry French toast, and the special of the day: duck hash. Our compliments to Chef Mark and the kitchen team for an awesome meal!Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Seattle and staying in the downtown area or even if you’re a local looking for a delicious brunch spot!
