What a fantastic place! The food is outstanding! I highly recommend their Famous Cuban Sandwich, the Pork Belly Sandwich, and the corn—it’s absolutely incredible. I would definitely return, as the service is quick and you can really tell that everything is prepared with care.
Ruby and the team were amazing! I called ahead to see what time they closed and was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on the second ring and confirmed that the closing time online was indeed correct (a rarity these days). When we arrived it was with a group of friends all visiting Seattle for the first time and Paseo’s team was able to accommodate us and cook our delicious food delightfully quick. Everyone at our table ordered something different and were all in love with our food with highest praise coming from someone who lived in Miami and she said it was the best Cuban sandwich she had EVER. Highly recommend and just be safe when parking as it’s a busy road. 5 Stars and shoutout to Ruby and the team for a memorable experience!
Food came out quickly and the service was great. I got the most popular sandwich, which was fantastic, but it was incredibly oily.
The Caribbean Roast is the best sandwich in
The pork sandwich was so good! Very juicy, but somehow didn't feel greasy like some sandwiches. Bread actually had some material to it too and could keep up with the rest of the sandwich. Vibe was great sitting outside during my lunch break.
