Parchment is a pop-up bakery by Pastry Chef Laura Pyles, located inside the popular Ballard restaurant Brimmer Heeltap. Visit us a few Sundays every month for a selection of retro-styled sweets and treats, including pies, Bundt cakes, whoopie pies, Danish pastries, and savory treats. Don't forget to satisfy your sweet tooth with our delicious offerings!.
