Friendly staff comes to mind Panera Bread! A perfect example was when I purchased a bagel for a friend and I forgot to have it toasted. My friend asked if it can be done, the staff just gave him a newly toasted one. Bagel for breakfast and if you want something sweet there are a lot of choices. I personally like the Kitchen Sink cookie. It is delicious as one mentioned it is 'A large shareable cookie with semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces, and pretzel finished with a sprinkle of flake salt '. A warning if you decide to eat this by yourself that it contains a whopping 800 calories. They also offer soups and sandwiches. The clam chowder is one of my favorites. This place tend to get busy in the morning rest but rest assured that if you know what you want you can use the kiosks to order and pay so no need to wait in line.

Good food, friendly people, good music. Free WiFi. Management goes out of its way to ensure a pleasant experience and works to correct problems. They also appreciate feedback and knowing when there is an issue so it can be fixed promptly.
