Literally the cutest little place, the vibe is amazing, the people who work here are insanely kind, and the food my god. Probably the best ramen I've ever had in my life. If you have a chance to try it, you must. Truly an amazing experience.Food: 5/5

Really good ramen and house soda! The noodles had a great texture and the broth tasted really nice and deep, not overly salty either like some other ramen places I've been! Easily one of my top ramen places!Food: 5/5

This vegetarian ramen is the best I've had in a long time! I ordered the spicy vegetarian ramen and the broth was incredibly flavorful. The portion of noodles was just right and I especially enjoyed the tofu skin. The staff member at the front was attentive and friendly, regularly checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory. I will definitely be returning! Rating: 5/5.

In the sprawling culinary scene of Capitol Hill, Ooink Ramen stands out as a beacon of deliciousness, offering authentic ramen experiences that don’t break the bank. The prices are reasonable, a plus in today’s market, but what's more surprising is the quality they serve at those prices. The ramen broth is a symphony of bold flavors, leaving your palate yearning for more after each slurp. It's evident that quality and expertise have gone into preparing each bowl.Pairing this delicious ramen with their beer selection creates a combo that's hard to resist. From Echigo IPA to Taiwanese Lychee Beer, Ooink offers a good selection to every ramen lover's preference. The bustling location adds to the ambience, providing an authentic Seattle dinning experience. What truly sets Ooink Ramen apart is its customer-focused service. The staff provides excellent customer care, ensuring every diner feels valued and attended to.However, there's a small caveat: space can feel a tad snug, especially during peak hours. But that's a minor gripe considering the treasure trove of flavors and experiences the place offers. In a nutshell, Ooink Ramen is a must-visit for every ramen aficionado out there. Bon appétit!

It’s not actual Japanese ramen so if you are going there for that then go to another ramen spot in Capitol Hill.Still, this an amazing spin on Japanese ramen! amazingly good broth, and the noodles are sooo good! Because they are homemade. I usually order the shio ramen, the taste is consistent every time! The chef really knows what he is doing, you need to try this ramen at least once!
