One Pot - Seattle

The food was quite good, straightforward really. I had the gumbo, and I enjoyed it. The lamb in my dish was excellent; the flavor was spot on. However, the service left much to be desired for a paying customer. My friend needed to use the restroom but was denied access until he placed and paid for his order. This made him feel rushed, and he didn’t have a chance to properly look over the menu because of his need to use the facilities. I think that if you have a restroom available, it should be accessible to paying customers before they order, allowing them to feel more comfortable when deciding what to eat. Afterward, my friend saw a few additional items he might have wanted to order but ultimately chose not to because of the way he was treated. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, but the overall experience a dismal 1. Averaging it out, I would give the restaurant around 3 stars.

It's hard to believe, but right in the heart of Seattle, you can find outstanding Indo-Chinese cuisine served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, even late at night. You can't go wrong with One Pot; it's truly one of the best places for Indo-Chinese food. The staff is incredibly accommodating with your preferences for flavors and spiciness. Mr. Gurunder Purewal, the owner, is not only a kind and professional person but also a true gentleman. He is dedicated to achieving perfection, ensuring customer satisfaction, and taking excellent care of his team. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Pizza and Chicken Tikka Kabab. This place is a must-visit in Seattle!

I visited this restaurant with three friends and ordered the full Tandoori Chicken. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely come back here! Food: 5/5
