We stopped by Oliver's Lounge for dinner and appreciated the complimentary appetizers, although they were quite greasy and difficult to identify. Our server was friendly and took our order promptly. However, we found the beer selection to be quite limited. We ordered cheeseburgers with steak fries, which arrived in about 15 minutes. The fries were tasty, but the burgers were only average. Our biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning, making the dining area uncomfortably warm. Had we been informed about this beforehand, we likely wouldn’t have stayed. Overall, Oliver's Lounge was just okay for us.
Try Olvier's if you want a martini and a feeling of luxury! The service is fast but not overbearing. A glass of wine in the evening is a must after a busy day. They also serve dessert and can order from the restaurant if their limit menu doesn't meed your needs. I found myself eavesdropping on the most interesting conversation sorry for listening but i couldn't help it!
My husband and I recently visited Oliver's Lounge for drinks. This downtown bar is located in the Mayflower Park Hotel by Westlake Center. They are celebrating 43 years of being in business. Although the hotel has been open since 1927.The lounge and hotel felt classy, upscale, and a little Old World to me. Oliver's Lounge was also Washington's first daylight bar. The floor to ceiling windows look out onto 4th Ave and the bar offers a quiet respite from downtown.
Exceptional drinks, excellent service, and delicious food. After a long day exploring Seattle’s downtown sights, my wife and I wanted a calm and comfortable place to relax with a cocktail and a nutritious lunch. Oliver’s Lounge turned out to be the ideal choice after checking out nearby options. We highly recommend this spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
