I went to Mandarin Gate with three friends on a Saturday evening for dinner. The staff didn't seem to care at all that we were there. The young man working at the restaurant...
The ambiance was slightly spooky, however, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. The portion size and price were perfect, but the food quality was just average.
