The atmosphere is never loud or overcrowded, and the staff consistently provides friendly and professional service. You never feel pressured to leave your table to accommodate new guests. The food is generally outstanding and flavorful. Traditional items like fried potatoes are occasionally given a refreshing twist, keeping the menu interesting. While the quality is consistently excellent, the specifics of the dishes may vary. The egg dishes are always reliable and well-prepared. Portion sizes are just right—not too large, but not too small either. If you're looking to add a little excitement to your breakfast or celebrating a special occasion with friends, I highly recommend ordering the beignets to share. The espresso has always been satisfying as well, so make sure to try that or another delightful coffee beverage. I would rate Loulay five stars, but the prices have increased significantly, which is my only concern.
