Was Darren B at Local Pho a mag?
Every time I come here I get the sesame beef banh mi with a side of pho broth and it never disappoints. Granted I find myself paying a bit more for banh mi than I would in places outside of Seattle, the price can only be expected given its location right in downtown. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Local Pho:
Door had a sign saying closed today last week. Rode by a couple days later and it still has the same sign. Can businesses please state what today means in these cases please? It seemed temporarily or permanently closed. View all feedback.
I like it. It's reasonably priced and fast. Here's some more words so i meet the character limit
Everything closes early in Seattle. This place was open later which is why we walked over here. I had the pho and was really not impressed with the pho beef broth. It was lacking flavor and prob comparing to other phos that I had it wasn't good. They had fresh basil and sprouts to go with my pho but the broth made it blah. We also order some Banh Mi sandwiches. Was missing the heat there was no jalapeños in it to give it some heat and we also ordered some grilled pork over rice which the kids didn't enjoy either. Looks more touristy place and to be honest the customers were non Asian so I saw other folks ordered the spring rolls which looked fine. Just saying from a person who loves to eat Vietnamese food.
I visited this restaurant 4-5 years ago and recently returned to try the seafood pho. It was really delicious, especially with the added condiments and hot sauce. This is a great local spot with generous portions and incredibly fast service - our food was ready in just 10 minutes.
Tried or order online for takeout and showed up and they were closed. Legit was able to complete a full online order with zero mention of them being closed AND THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY! If you are closed wouldn’t you turn off your online ordering system?!?! It’s common sense to do that right; wrong…will be contesting the cleared charge too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I have gone to Local Pho for over 10-years. Sometime back it sold. I’m sad to report it had really gone downhill. The Pho broth isn’t the same. The ingredients are not consistent. The seating area is unkempt and not clean. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
