Hands down, one of our favorite restaurants in Seattle! We actually make the trek all the way from Maple Valley out to Kabul in Wallingford probably once a month, it's that good! Fantastic service everyone is always so attentive and friendly. And the food is amazing! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but a few of our favorites include: the bolani appetizer (potato turnovers with a yogurt/garlic dipping sa... View all feedback.

This restaurant offers fantastic vegan and vegetarian choices. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have dined here both as a meat-eater and as a vegetarian for the last decade. The food is exceptional regardless of your dietary preferences. While the vegan selection may appear limited, this restaurant is one of the top choices for vegan dining in this cuisine (which is very similar to Persian).
We tried both types of Qorma dishes from the vegetarian section of the menu: Qorma-i Sabzi and Qorma-i Tarkari (to make them vegan, request no yogurt sauce). They were absolutely delicious! The flavors were reminiscent of my Romanian grandmother's cooking, giving them a Mediterranean taste. I called ahead to inquire about vegan options and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about which ingredients were vegan. I would definitely return and recommend these dishes to other vegans!
Great food, the rice in particular. The ice creams are great too. The service isn't that great but the food more than makes up for it. A little pricey for the ambiance I would say, but a must visit if you are in Seattle
