No clue why this place has as low of stars as it does. I've been here a few times and the staff have always been friendly and the food has always been amazing and cheap. My go to is the Basil tofu fried rice and it's so delicious. Definitely recommend! View all feedback.

read moreNestled in the heart of Capitol Hill, Jai Thai has garnered mixed reviews ranging from delightful to disappointing. Many patrons praise the flavorful offerings like Pad Thai and Basil tofu fried rice, highlighting generous portions and friendly staff. However, some customers express concerns about cleanliness, with reports of a dirty kitchen and even a rodent sighting. While there are positive mentions of takeout experiences and the restaurant’s warming atmosphere, issues such as missing spice levels and potential plastic contamination detracted from the dining experience for others. Overall, Jai Thai remains a spot worth exploring amidst its varied feedback.
