Honey Crumb Cake Studio - Seattle

I chose Honey Crumb Bakery to create a special cake for a celebration, specifically for sugar flowers and unique flavors. I was extremely satisfied with the result! We ordered a two-tiered cake with flavors of blackberry lemon and Earl Grey, decorated with sugar flowers made to look like roses and lupines. The vanilla cake was disappointing, but the espresso cake with frosting was enjoyable. The carrot cake with citrus was delicious, thanks to the citrus frosting that added a refreshing kick.

The honey crumb bakery is top-notch. The cakes they made for our special event were amazing, and Carla's professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Overall, Carla is a master at her craft. She was responsive to our needs, explained the intricate details of the cake (care, sugar flowers, etc), and ensured a smooth and safe delivery to the venue. We chose a two-tier cake with chocolate and white buttercream frosting with a beautiful rose decoration. The additional kitchen cakes for our guests were a big hit. Honey crumb offers cake tasting to-go, which we highly recommend. Each cake flavor was delicious, and it was a fun experience to choose the perfect one. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Honey Crumb was professional and dedicated to our success. Carla, it was a pleasure to meet you and we plan to order from you again for future celebrations. Honey raw cake went beyond my vision and expectations for my high-time cake. they matched my colors beautiful and the london fog taste was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice delicious cake. they also answered all emails quickly and thoroughly. very appealing, helpful and wonderful to work. thanks to many that they make my high-time dead dream into reality!

Carla and the Honey Crumb team made the most beautiful wedding cake for our intimate wedding celebration!!! Everyone LOVED the cake and repeatedly commented on how the sugar flowers looked SO real! Planning our wedding was extra stressful because I’m DC based and not familiar with the Seattle area. I also spent several months leading up to the wedding splitting my time between the west and east coast and overseas. Carla was super helpful, answered allll my questions, was patient when I was sometimes slow to respond or being incredibly indecisive, and very professional. I never seemed to be in Seattle when the tasting boxes were available, but I managed to align one trip with the weekend the boxes were released so I did try some flavors! All were magnificent, but to play it safe given that I knew we had some less adventurous eaters, I went with a base tier of chocolate and vanilla cakes with raspberry mousseline and a top tier of GF almond cake and raspberry mousseline. Highly recommend!!!I attached a few photos I took with my iPhone, so they’re definitely not professional quality, but just so you can admire Carla and her team’s work of art.Thank you, Carla
