Description
Each day, we freshly bake our biscuits using locally sourced ingredients, with the primary component being Washington’s Shepherd’s Grain flour. This high-quality, sustainably grown flour is also used by some of the top local bakeries. Combined with local dairy products, our biscuits have a delightful texture - crisp on the outside and airy on the inside. One local baker even described them as "fluffy clouds of goodness." To elevate the flavor profile, we incorporate additional ingredients like Theo Chocolate, Beecher’s Cheese, Bavarian Meat’s Bacon, and freshly picked local fruit for a uniquely delicious biscuit experience.

I went to Honest Biscuits craving a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit (explicitly with no mayo) and fresh OJ, for my birthday. After waiting 15 minutes for my biscuit, I bit into it and the bacon was severely undercooked. I returned the biscuit and was appreciatively offered a new one, after waiting another 15 minutes, I received the new one but it was loaded with mayo. Now in a time crunch, I returned the 2nd biscuit and requested a refund. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Take out Price per person: $20–30
I like this restaurant but they forgot my coffee this time
Items did not arrive as described. Was supposed to include gravy and chicken but only the egg and biscuit showed up. Looks like they make really good food, but the ball was dropped here and i did not get what i ordered or paid for
