Each day, we freshly bake our biscuits using locally sourced ingredients, with the primary component being Washington’s Shepherd’s Grain flour. This high-quality, sustainably grown flour is also used by some of the top local bakeries. Combined with local dairy products, our biscuits have a delightful texture - crisp on the outside and airy on the inside. One local baker even described them as "fluffy clouds of goodness." To elevate the flavor profile, we incorporate additional ingredients like Theo Chocolate, Beecher’s Cheese, Bavarian Meat’s Bacon, and freshly picked local fruit for a uniquely delicious biscuit experience.

Feedback
The vegan options at Honest Biscuits received mixed reviews from diners. Some found the sandwiches dry and lacking flavor, while others enjoyed the biscuits and sandwiches, especially complimenting the use of quality vegan ingredients. The cookies were a hit, with large portions and delicious flavors. Signage could be improved for easier location within Pike Place Market. Despite long wait times, the overall consensus seems to be that Honest Biscuits offers tasty food at reasonable prices, making it a worthwhile stop for both locals and tourists.
Came here for some breakfast and really wish we’d gone somewhere else! There were 2 clearly marked vegan items (biscuits and gravy and sandwich). My husband and I ordered both to try. I don’t know if it’s the type of biscuits that are used over here or what but they were very dry and crumbled/broke apart with every bite. The sausage gravy was good but overall I feel like the biscuits and gravy I make at home are better. The sandwich was also good but again the biscuits were not great so it kind of ruined it.
Items did not arrive as described. Was supposed to include gravy and chicken but only the egg and biscuit showed up. Looks like they make really good food, but the ball was dropped here and i did not get what i ordered or paid for
The crab melt was very disappointing. Barely any crab and didn't smell exactly fresh. The chicken sandwich was bland and had no seasoning. Not worth the prices
Delicious gluten-free biscuits! I was amazed that my biscuit was actually gluten-free because it tasted so good. I had to get another one to take home with me when I left! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Seattle. Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten-free options!
