Had some friends visiting from out of town, and we decided to experience some of the best of Seattle's views around Alki Beach and get food. I chose this place based on a friend's recommendation, and did not expect it would be that good! The food was great (scallops crudo was my personal highlight), the drinks too. All in all, a great option despite being in a high-traffic touristy area. View all feedback.
What Jessica Betschart doesn't like about Harry's Beach House:
I ordered the special meatballs pomodoro. First plate meatballs were raw. Politely asked for it to be recooked. Got a second plate, no bread. Ok, second time pasta is not al dente, it was chewy and raw meatballs again. View all feedback.
Phenomenal deviled eggs and the glass of Verdicchio was a pleasant change from my usual selections. Beautiful dishes and ambience.
I love taking out of towners here. It’s a vibe and the beach is a great backdrop to a really cute restaurant. Food is amazing. A little pricy but worth it for ambiance.
Delicious food and good portions! The staff were so kind and service was quick. There is an outdoor patio where you can see the water. We enjoyed the clams, burgers, and quiche. Highly recommended that you go!
I've been to HBH several times and it never disappoints. Last night I went with a buddy for dinner and despite being a bit late for our 8:15 reservation due to his late arriving flight we were greeted warmly and never rushed despite a posted closing time of 9:00. The Idaho Trout was simply outstanding, perhaps the best prepared Trout I've ever eaten, and the rest of our food was very very good. Harry's is always an enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and the food is worth the price.
Went there with some coworkers while traveling for business. Really cool atmosphere. I had a really good beet salad (I eat a plant-based diet), but the seafood looked really good. Service was good, but on the slow side.
