The restaurant is situated under an apartment awning, so even if the weather isn't great, you can still enjoy a cozy atmosphere outside. However, I found the roll to be a bit small, so I’d suggest ordering something extra if you’re really hungry. Since the indoor dining area was closed, we had to place our order outside. The outdoor ordering process is self-service, meaning you fill your own water and dispose of your own plates. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly and welcoming.

I've experienced lukewarm dishes on my last two visits, including a somewhat unappetizing chowder. While the staff remains friendly and the drink selection is good, I felt unwell after my last visit and I’m not inclined to return. Food rating: 2/5.

Be sure to try the lobster roll along with a delightful cocktail crafted by one of the skilled mixologists at the bar. Just do your best to tune out the Pats fans – you'll thank me later!

We stopped by during an unusual time in the afternoon on a snowy day, so there weren't many people around. We ordered the shrimp pesto roll, lobster salad, clam chowder, and a meatball sandwich. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The clam chowder was the best I've ever had. Now, six hours later, I'm craving to relive our entire meal all over again!

It tasted good but i prefer a hot sandwich for lunch. The restaurant also close to donuts cafe. So we grabbed some donuts after lunch. I would recommend try this place at least once.
