What Austin Kenny doesn't like about Dahlia Lounge:
It’s delicious and nearly everything looks amazing but my god is it expensive. $13 for a small piece of pie? Amazing pie but the price is prohibitive. I know it’s expensive to do business in Seattle but this over the top in my opinion. The croissant looked great but $5 was a deal killer. View all feedback. What Heather Campbell likes about Dahlia Lounge:
The mochi donut is very heavy, oily and overly sweet. Not for me. On the plus side the latte is perfect: hot and smooth with no bitterness. I’m in love with the avocado toast! The absolute best on amazing seed bread. I love it so much that I don’t really want to try anything else in the menu. The staff is friendly and personable. I feel very welcome and seen. read moreDahlia Bakery in Seattle has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the delicious food and friendly staff, while others find the prices to be high. The coconut pie and avocado toast are standout items, while the mochi donut was deemed too heavy and sweet for some tastes. Despite the pricey menu, the bakery offers a cozy atmosphere and outdoor dining options that have left some customers impressed. The gluten-free mochi donuts receive high praise for their texture and flavor variety. Overall, Dahlia Bakery seems to have a loyal following of customers who appreciate the quality of its food and service.
Man, last Seattle dinner for the year, and I thought I would finally go to a place like this, so raved aboutand then I got let down.
Brunch review We easily got a table here for early brunch on a SundayThe feel is classy compared to a lot of the other Belltown brunch places.
I will humbly express my disappointment in the experience I had at Dahlia Lounge given the reputation in town of Tom Douglas restaurants.
