My girlfriend ordered a steak bowl, but it didn't come with any steak. Why are we paying for less? It seems like the staff is being stingy or something. The Chipotle on Uway is much better.

They tend to make them short and very thick, so when they’re rolled up, everything spills out. Why not make them longer and slimmer instead?

I explained that my dog is a service animal and that we've been coming here for years with him. The manager still insisted that no dogs were permitted. I really don’t understand what part of “service dog” is unclear. You’ve now lost a very loyal customer.

If you've ever observed the mobile order area, you'll notice that food is carelessly handled, leading to different items frequently spilling into one another. It's really disappointing to find that I can’t enjoy my meal regularly due to this contamination issue.
