The mobile ordering experience was disappointing. I could see the bottom of my bowl as soon as I opened it. My girlfriend ordered a steak bowl, but it didn't come with any steak. Why are we paying for less? It seems like the staff is being stingy or something. The Chipotle on Uway is much better.
I absolutely love Chipotle! It’s my go-to place! My only issue is that the staff seems a bit clumsy when it comes to making burritos. They tend to make them short and very thick, so when they’re rolled up, everything spills out. Why not make them longer and slimmer instead?
I urge students and everyone else to be cautious! Until this restaurant addresses these food safety issues, I cannot recommend eating here. If you care about your health, I suggest looking for alternative dining options.

The restaurant was quite messy. It was difficult to distinguish between landfill and trash since the labels were obscured by empty baskets and litter. Additionally, they have a mobile order pickup area that wasn’t being utilized. The app directed me to that spot, but there was no signage indicating it. When my mobile order was missing, they informed me that they don't actually use that system. As a result, my food ended up being cold. I also had a few questions about the app, but they weren't able to provide any answers. Overall, it felt like a very inefficient establishment.
