Was Lisa Smith at Chipotle Mexican Grill a mag?
I absolutely love Chipotle. It’s a regular choice for my family when we order takeout. I always request unseasoned rice for my picky daughter, and they are always very accommodating. View all feedback.
What Kailee Haong dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I’ve had a frustrating experience at this particular Chipotle location, as they often mix meat into the veggie bowls I order. If you've ever observed the mobile order area, you'll notice that food is carelessly handled, leading to different items frequently spilling into one another. It's really disappointing to find that I can’t enjoy my meal regularly due to this contamination issue. View all feedback.

The restaurant was empty when I arrived, and the person at the counter was busy taking care of tasks, so I had to wait a little bit to place my order. The food was good and consistent with what you’d expect from Chipotle. However, I had requested brown rice but ended up with white rice instead. On a positive note, I was provided with a fork and some napkins without having to ask, which is always appreciated.
The Chipotle at University Village consistently provides excellent service, and that tradition remains strong! The staff is just as impressive as the food. You can't miss out on the guacamole! There's plenty of parking available, although you might have to take a short walk since the spots closest to the entrance are often occupied.
The mobile ordering experience was disappointing. I could see the bottom of my bowl as soon as I opened it. My girlfriend ordered a steak bowl, but it didn't come with any steak. Why are we paying for less? It seems like the staff is being stingy or something. The Chipotle on Uway is much better.
