My girlfriend ordered a steak bowl, but it didn't come with any steak. Why are we paying for less? It seems like the staff is being stingy or something. The Chipotle on Uway is much better.

They tend to make them short and very thick, so when they’re rolled up, everything spills out. Why not make them longer and slimmer instead?

Additiona... read more The restaurant was quite messy. It was difficult to distinguish between landfill and trash since the labels were obscured by empty baskets and litter. Additionally, they have a mobile order pickup area that wasn’t being utilized. The app directed me to that spot, but there was no signage indicating it. When my mobile order was missing, they informed me that they don't actually use that system. As a result, my food ended up being cold. I also had a few questions about the app, but they weren't able to provide any answers. Overall, it felt like a very inefficient establishment.
