The food is excellent, and the happy hour menu has enough variety to become dinner for two. My suggestion for improving the dining experience here would be to hire one more server. As it is, there is typically just one server covering all of the tables. Though she gets help with food delivery, when the restaurant is full it's just too many tables to manage. With an additional server, the service would match the high quality of the food and the festive atmosphere of this local gem.
Bulgagi sliders were amazing. Braised short rib too. Chicken fried rice was so so spicy but great!
Their menu says that they serve Korean fusion, but it didn't have the complex Korean flavors and it wasn't quite fusion enough. The bulgogi sliders were as fusion as it got. I thought the food was mediocre. Really nice ambiance though and the staff was very sweet.
The hostess and server were fantastic. due to some unforseen complications we were 20 minutes late for our reservation and they happily accommodated us. we had a concert to go to afterwards, so despite the fact that we were late and our time crunch was our own fault the hostess let the kitchen know we were pressed for time and all of our food came out quickly. average food, that was still quite tasty and satisfying, but great service. would definitely go back for a quick bite before a show, and their happy hour is pretty darn good too!
