2 stars cus it was at least edible I pho probably eat 3x a weak and finally tried this place and got the ochs tail. first my ochs tail was towed to even get out of the bone. second, I have the Tofu-Bahn mi. it had no taste of the tofu was not marinated all in all, I will never eat here again.
It's seattle. and when it rains, I want something warm, comfortable and fast. bol offers all this and more! cool atmosphere. friendly staff. delicious food. drink galore. all they need to get their hygn up. only a few minutes away from the Roosevelt mountain railway station, they can get there quickly without the traffic-related interference. her Vietnamese cuisine offers many possibilities from vegetarian to carnivore, with fresh ingredients and variety of the aromes. and her cocktails are brilliant. it's a way for my partner and I when we eat pleasure on comfort. hopefully it will be for you too!
Our family has eaten and loved all the time in bol. we were told that the quality had fallen, but we decided to try again this evening. the person on the phone that took our order was nice as the man who picked up our food. However, the quality of the food was far lower than we ever before. the Pho-meat was about 1/4 dry or so was raw, the way we asked so we could add the broth ourselves, but 3/4 was completely dry and seemed like it had been boiled and let out. we ordered two Bun dishes one chicken and meat and again, both meats were overcooked and dry. there was no additional fish sauce or dressing to moisten it. Finally, the chicken wings we ordered all time, fat and slightly raw in the fat sharing of the wing. our family was sad that the Bol food we loved was no longer in this night. we had many rests that are rare for my hungry crowd.
I absolutely loved the food here! The ingredients were super fresh, the dishes reasonably priced and the atmosphere pretty cozy. I would definitely go back and I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends. Check my IG for more restaurant/travel/hotels feedback: @lawyer.traveler.dreamer
