Brisket is solid choice, but is still missing something I can't quite describe (so you should ignore me and just order it). Nice outdoor area. If you're lucky you can peek at the truck sized cooker in the shed.

The smoked meat has an incredible smoke ring, and they serve a variety of options including ribs, brisket, hot links, and pulled pork, among others. The service is impressively quick. Be sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment, as they make everything fresh each day and may run out.

Don't know what restaurant those one star reviews went to, but it wasn't this one.
