I was just here 20 minutes ago. Came in and only about 5 customers. Me and my friends sat down and was there for 10 minutes before taking our drink order. We al... read more I was just here 20 minutes ago. Came in and only about 5 customers. Me and my friends sat down and was there for 10 minutes before taking our drink order. We all ordered cokes. They brought drinks and we sit there and waited and waited and waited. Never came back to take food order. Guys was on his cell phone and could care less if we ordered. Paid $14 for the flat cokes and left hungry. Don't go here. They could care less if they do business or not. We only came here cause there was a door lined out of local tide and had a long wait. Avoid LTD bar and grill. Adding to my review that the response from the owner shows how unprofessional they are and lack of customer service. We were there way longer than 3 minutes as owner suggests. We shouldn't have to wave down the bartender. If you stay off your cell phone and actually take care of customers we wouldn't have to wave someone down. Your lack of empathy or desire to apologize for poor service is astounding.
