Great local cafe with neighborhood vibes! Spent most of mid day here on a Saturday and it was full of people coming in and out- a popular local gem. Great arepas and waffles, coffee, and also featured local artists’ work on the wall for sale. Limited seating inside, and a couple tables outside as well. Parking is limited, but this place is also perfect for getting things to go and walking the through arboretum, just a walk across the street. Great location!

A great stop after exploring the Japanese Gardens. Located right across the street from the entrance, Arosa Cafe is a complete gem. My partner and I enjoyed some paninis for a light lunch. The chicken avocado panini was 10/10. The service was great and they are literally so kind. A great place to hangout and the food is top tier. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The owner, Cesar, was incredibly welcoming and kind, making our dining experience here truly exceptional. The restaurant is small and inviting, located conveniently near the entrance to the Japanese Gardens and Arboretum (Note: Japanese Garden is closed on Mondays). Our breakfast sandwiches were delicious and satisfying.

This charming little café is full of heart! The food is fantastic, with fresh waffles and crispy bacon. The atmosphere is ideal for either breakfast or lunch. The walls are adorned with photos of satisfied customers, and you can purchase lovely cards and other items.
