Delicious and singular in Seattle. Takes me back to Japan. You can tell each dish is crafted with care and even something as simple as soup and rice is done in creative and unexpected ways. I also appreciate that they aren’t afraid to shy away from ingredients like liver.The only thing I would suggest is to work on pacing, dishes came out slow for the portion size.
