I understand keys one of my favorites places to attend recently had new owners. I've been trying to contact the restaurant but the numbers was disconnected. I checked the online schedule they had a dualing piano showed scheduled for It was my birthday as well as my brothers so we booked a reservation which was confirmed via email. I showed up with a group of people and the place was closed. This was extremely frustrating

The restaurant was closed...but for some reason I was able to book a reservation there. This left us with nowhere to eat in a busy night in Pioneer Square

Made a reservation for Saturday PM. Arrived in cab with date. Keys was closed and empty. : Fail

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, but somehow I was still able to make a reservation there. This left us without any dining options on a crowded night in Pioneer Square.
