**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience**
At this restaurant, a range of opinions emerges about the culinary offerings and ambiance. While some diners rave about the Cantonese-style BBQ pork as a standout dish, others find many items underwhelming, describing them as overly salty or poorly executed. The ambiance suffers from concerns over the presence of homeless individuals near the entrance, impacting the overall dining experience. Despite the inconsistent quality of dishes like chow mein and roast duck, customer service receives mixed reviews, with some patrons appreciating the friendly staff. Overall, it appears this restaurant may struggle to consistently meet the expectations of its diverse clientele.

Actually great chinese bbq. I didn’t expect much given the reviewss, but it was really good. I went through the reviews to figure out why it has a low rating and found that 95% of the bad reviews were for non bbq items (which I’m not sure if they even sell anymore). The bbq is really good. In A Nutshell: -663 Bistro is a lovely Chinese BBQ joint. -This non-descript store offers up some hot oily Peking duck (whole for $32 or 1/2 for $16.50). -They also sell pork. -The Peking duck can be chopped up into pieces w/ or w/out the head packed to-go. -They accept cash or credit card. -Due to the popularity of this place by OG Cantonese speaking locals, you might have to wait a little bit while your ducks are cooked cooled down. Overall, the Peking duck was very delicious, definitely worth the price the wait. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The wonton soup had a taste reminiscent of dirty dishwater, and the wontons had a rather unpleasant smell. The Mongolian beef was extremely spicy, which is surprising since I usually enjoy spicy food, but the beef itself was very rubbery. I spent around $40 and ended up throwing both dishes away after trying to chew them. They were completely inedible.
This restaurant offers the best duck I've ever tasted—it's amazing! Watching the chef skillfully chop the duck into delicious little pieces is truly captivating. Everything was absolutely delicious!
The chow mein and red chicken are outstanding! The customer service is quite good, especially from the older staff member, though the younger employee could be a bit rude at times. They stay open late and are usually quick with service, plus the prices are reasonable. However, the area isn't the best and parking can be quite limited.
