Although they initially misplaced my order, they more than made up for it and even offered to reimburse me, which I declined. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend this location without hesitation.

After waiting 10-15 minutes for my order to be taken, I was then asked to show my ID for a $16 meal simply because I was paying with a debit card! I had to go b... read more After waiting 10-15 minutes for my order to be taken, I was then asked to show my ID for a $16 meal simply because I was paying with a debit card! I had to go back to my car to get my ID. The manager was very argumentative and loudly insisted it was for my protection. There were no signs posted informing customers that ID is required when using a credit or debit card. The wings were good, but my fries were served cold. I asked for a replacement and made sure they didn't just reheat the same fries. The service overall was terrible. My friend placed her order before me, but they forgot to make it. She had to inquire about it herself. They no longer serve carrots and celery, nor do they offer the ketchup from the pump – now you have to ask for ketchup packets. Clearly, it’s been a long time since I last visited Wingstop, and I don’t plan on returning to that location again.
