Likely the worst wing experience of my life, and certainly the worst fries I've ever been served. Both were soggy, yet the fries also somehow managed to not be fully cooked. Wings were soaked through with sauce and didn't have a single crispy edge.
One of the female workers reached infront of me to get something to drink without saying excuse me or anything as I was grabbing mine as well. Overall everything else was great.
I experienced the best customer service and the freshest wings I've ever had at Wingstop. Although they initially misplaced my order, they more than made up for it and even offered to reimburse me, which I declined. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend this location without hesitation.
After waiting 10-15 minutes for my order to be taken, I was then asked to show my ID for a $16 meal simply because I was paying with a debit card! I had to go back to my car to get my ID. The manager was very argumentative and loudly insisted it was for my protection. There were no signs posted informing customers that ID is required when using a credit or debit card. The wings were good, but my fries were served cold. I asked for a replacement and made sure they didn't just reheat the same fries. The service overall was terrible. My friend placed her order before me, but they forgot to make it. She had to inquire about it herself. They no longer serve carrots and celery, nor do they offer the ketchup from the pump – now you have to ask for ketchup packets. Clearly, it’s been a long time since I last visited Wingstop, and I don’t plan on returning to that location again.
