We ordered the 8-piece strip meal for $31, but the chicken strips were small, dry, and tough. The sides were the only redeeming part and tasted good. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this restaurant and won’t be returning.
I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It is by far the worst chicken place I have ever visited. I spent $40 on a meal that included extra crispy chicken, chicken tenders, and sides, but when I got home, everything was soggy and unappetizing. I called to voice my complaint and was begrudgingly offered a replacement meal, but it ended up being even worse than the first—plus it was incomplete! The chicken still wasn’t crispy. I'm not sure if this decline in quality is typical for all KFC locations, but from now on, I will be sticking to Popeyes. Save your money!
