Kfc - Searcy

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst chicken restaurant I have ever encountered. I paid $40 for a meal that included extra crispy chicken, chicken tenders, and sides, but when I got home, everything was soggy and unappetizing. I called to complain and was grudgingly offered a replacement meal, but it was even worse than the first one, and it wasn't even complete! The chicken was still not crispy. I don't know if all KFC locations have reached this low standard, but from now on, I'm only going to Popeyes. Save your money!

Just blew 50 dollars for a extra crispy family pack and a famous bowl... didn't get any biscuits with my bowl....the chicken was soggy and dry.... terrible food my 2 year old doesn't even eat it and she loves chicken..

We ordered the 8-piece strip meal for $31, but the strips were small, dry, and tough. The only redeeming aspect was the sides. I'm really disappointed with this restaurant and will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never even got the chance to park. I arrived in the parking lot around 8:15 pm and asked two uniformed teenage employees, who were just sitting outside, if the lobby was open. They responded in a rude tone, asking me if it was 10:00 pm yet. I haven't been here in months, and it's going to be a long time before I return. This place consistently lets me down.

I?m leaving one star because you can?t leave zero. Sat for literally 40 minutes just me and and 2 other people. Absolutely the worse service I?ve ever had.
