I spent $40 on a meal that included extra crispy chicken, chicken tenders, and sides, but when I got home, everything was soggy and unappetizing. I called to voice my complaint and was begrudgingly offered a replacement meal, but it ended up being even worse than the first—plus it was incomplete! The chicken still wasn’t crispy. I'm not sure if this decline in quality is typical for all KFC locations, but from now on, I will be sticking to Popeyes. Save your money!

I didn't receive any biscuits with my bowl, and the chicken was both soggy and dry. The food was terrible—my 2-year-old, who usually loves chicken, wouldn't even eat it.

I arrived at the lot around 8:15 pm and asked two uniformed teenage employees sitting outside if the lobby was open. They replied rudely, asking if it was 10:00 pm yet. I haven’t been here in months, and it’ll be a long time before I come back. This place constantly disappoints me.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with this restaurant and won’t be returning.
