I know your busy because your good and friendly,but I have a Suggestion: have app orders picked up curbside and leave the outside lane of the drive thru open for cars needingto exit after receiving their food. This is safer for workers and may speed things up. A kitchen expansion or adding morestores may be better than adding drive thru lanes. It's all part of the growing pains of success.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was... read more The service was outstanding, just like always! The food was good, but my chicken sandwich had a burnt bun. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was quite disappointing. The floors and tables were dirty, with food and wrappers scattered about. There were spills everywhere, making it difficult to find a clean table to sit at for our meal. It appeared that there had been a busy dinner rush, as we saw staff tidying up during our visit. Unfortunately, this greatly impacted our first impression of this Chick-fil-A.

I really enjoy their food, but I did find some dirt on my salad leaves once.
