While some employees could improve their attitudes, there is one standout staff member who always brightens my experience. Roxy consistently demonstrates a fantastic attitude and is incredibly friendly. She never hesitates to accommodate my requests, whether it's placing my salsa or sour cream on the side. Roxy truly deserves to be named Employee of the Year; she enhances the overall experience when I pick up my order. If all employees treated customers like Roxy does, this Chipotle would have an extraordinary team. I believe Roxy would make an exceptional trainer, helping others learn how to provide amazing service.

This is a major mistake and completely unac... read more Absolutely terrible experience. They duplicated the burritos in our order, and I didn’t receive the one I requested. This is a major mistake and completely unacceptable. The staff clearly lacks competence. I can’t believe this happened. I was really looking forward to enjoying my burrito, but instead, I ended up with something completely different. This has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I'm really frustrated.

My kids wanted to share a double or... read more Only my 11 and 16-year-olds wanted Chipotle. I had just enough time to pay, and yikes! The food counter was quite unhelpful. My kids wanted to share a double order (which would have meant spending more) but their requests were completely ignored! I didn’t realize this until we got back to the car. I even tipped well, thinking that might help; the cashier smiled, thanked us, and asked if he could assist with anything else. At least he deserved the tip! Now I understand why I haven’t been eager to go back.

(That being said, the Orange drink still looks like an unnatural orange. Hopefullyno dyes are in these.

One employee who truly stands out is Roxy; she always has a wonderful demeanor and is incredibly friendly. She never seems bothered when I make special requests, like wanting my salsa or sour cream on the side. Roxy deserves to be recognized as employee of the year! She makes ordering a pleasure, and if all employees treated customers like she does, this Chipotle would have a perfect team. Roxy would be an excellent trainer for new hires, showing them how to be exceptional employees.
