Kobe Steakhouse and Lounge - Seal Beach

We recently have breakfast with the beatles and chris carter by klos. eating was amazing, especially for a Sunday morning. it happened after the paul McCartney concert, so the crowd was really happy to have breakfast with the beatles! sushi to the breakfast is fabulous. it was a Japanese style buffet and everything was delicious.

We didn't sit at the tappan table, so we had to wait until we got to eat. I'm gonna say you should order appetizers, then it won't bother you so much. all in all, great atmosphere, good eating, and the personal was great.

We got there 10mins after our reservation. I had called ahead and they told me I had a 15min grace period. We arrived and they checked us in. We were the only ones in the waiting area. Then more guests start to arrive for reservations later than ours and they start to seat them. At this point I'm starving but I wait patiently. They continue to seat people before us. It is now an hour later and they finally seat us.I can understand there is a system but please communicate that to your guests. Why should I sit there and feel overlooked for being 10mins late when you told me you would wait for me but then dont seat me till the next hour. That could have been easily explained.Once seated the service was awesome. Our server and cook were funny and suggestive. Food was good and so were the drinks. We left satisfied.

It was a good experience, the chef put on a show while cooking each of our dishes right in front of us. We had steaks, shrimp and scallops. It was all good.

This place is great for the music, food and some dancing, great date night and family night place
