What Mari Neft doesn't like about Dunkin':
I visited the restaurant today at 5:00 am, but at 5:05 am the girl working there was not attentive. She was playing with the donuts and did not open the door for me, even though she saw me waiting outside. This was very disappointing customer service. View all feedback.
This is one of my go-to spots. The staff in the morning is top-notch. They always get my order right and the food is consistently fresh and delicious.

The staff at the restaurant are not able to redeem rewards through the app. When I asked a cashier to cancel my order because I didn't have my wallet, she said she couldn't. Despite there being people waiting to order, I insisted she proceed. She seemed confused, but the manager eventually resolved the situation without any problems.
Awful Mohammed helped me and he made the worste drink i ever tasted. He personally offended me and is the slowest person I ever see . Needs to be fired asap
I order ahead on the app and my Iced Coffee was ready when I got there a few mins later
