This place is a mom and pop shack that serves Vietnamese food. I do have to say that the Pho here is a lot better than a lot of places in Houston. You can definitely tell the time and love they put into the broth. The egg rolls are probably my top 5 favorite egg rolls. They actually have flavor and not bland.
