There are often long lines that extend out onto the street, the dining area is frequently closed, and they are losing potential customers like me who just drive by. If they could foster a better work environment, they might attract and keep more staff. People would be more inclined to work here, rather than watching the business struggle and lose sales day after day. While the food quality remains consistently good, the company has yet to resolve issues with staffing and service. Additionally, when I asked for a side of mayonnaise, the manager refused, which might reflect the general atmosphere at the Seabrook location. Despite its promise, the persistent long lines are a major downside.

I chose to use... read more We recently tried to order food at this KFC, but had to go inside instead of using the drive-thru because the turn was too sharp for our trailer. I chose to use the restroom before ordering, but while I was inside, an employee began loudly banging on the door and yelling at me to leave. There were no signs indicating the lobby was closed or the door was locked. This behavior was both alarming and unacceptable. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

It feels like they don't have enough staff,... read more This restaurant is a complete mess! The drive-thru line often wraps around the building and spills into the street. It feels like they don't have enough staff, and to add to the issue, the indoor dining area is still closed! I can't understand the reasoning behind this. Opening up the indoor seating would certainly help with the traffic, as it would provide customers with an alternative to just the drive-thru.
