Outback Steakhouse - Seabrook

Dining experience always great!Food amazing as always!Curbside pick up not so awesome : ordered cheese fries and specifically asked for no bacon. I did not check the food until I got home there’s bacon on it. Tried calling back and asking for them to fix it pressed 0 for “outbacker” no answer brought me back to main line, pressed 2 for “curbside pick up” no answer. It was 9:30PM half an hour before close no one picked up phone.

The seabrook outback is the only badest restaurant where I was ever. lady refused to give us one of the 9 empty stands. the guy on the table next to us never got his meal and they gave to forget him. then they served me this $28 rare prime rib. the ding was gray.

I had a great lunch. the food was delicious and the service was great!

The food was good and the restaurant was clean. this review specifically to write that the employees at this location were excellent. we came close to closing the time and never felt hurried once by the staff. our server was friendly, took my gluten allergy seriously, and was informed about how articles were prepared on the menu. Overall, I was impressed by the staff working as a team and thought they deserve recognition for it.

It's been a long time since the last time I had been to an Outback Steakhouse but we were in the area of the only Outback left in the area so we just had to stop by for old time's sake. Upon pur arrival the place was empty other than the bar area. We had placed our orders but roughly 10 minutes later we were informed they were out of what I had ordered. So I placed a secondary order and a few minutes after that I was informed they were also out of that dish. At this point it was somewhat frustrating that the server did not know what they were out of or the kitchen wasn't communicating what they were out of, especially considering how slow it was in the establishment. But finally after the third choice they had everything we requested. My food obviously was not ready with the rest of our food but we had the time so it was mostly fine. It definitely could have been an easier dining experience. Our servers reasoning was that she didn't typically work that night, though I'm not sure what difference it makes in the kitchen. So we probably won't be running back to an Outback anytime soon.
