You always make my ice cream right when I say regular ice cream coffee I get, not extra cream or extra sugar or a cup that is not filled all the way, but a regular ice cream! They are always fast and friendly, even if it is sometimes a nightmare that comes out, it's worth it! View all feedback.

It always takes a long time to place an order for some reason. It definitely seems like they are understaffed, however, it becomes quite frustrating when it happens every day. View all feedback.
They were polite but didn't get order correct. They were not busy.
Oh I gave them a half a star not even no stars I ordered my drink and left it there were the two dollar tip because they asked my brother what he wanted and he said he didn’t have no money so I was going to pay so she walked off the other lady said she didn’t ask us if we wanted anything I said yes we did and she said well I’ll have to ask her I said it’s no big deal I’ll just order it and then I heard her in the background saying swearwords one of the managers so I just left the coffee and tip for nothing just to get yelled at
Usually a quick trip through the drive thru. Took more time than ever before. Not a problem. Just not used to waiting a few more minutes as before. Will still go back when we are back in the neighborhood again. Probably just an off day.
They do not always give you the non dairy milk you order eventhough they charge more for it. I am done with them upsetting my stomach with cow milk.
I have been to 8 different Dunkin' donuts only one knows how to make a vanilla bean with strawberry in it the rest of them are all ice and foam. So I found out they have two different machines that make them from now on I will only purchase them in Exeter New Hampshire.
