When we arrived at 6:44, the r... read more We didn't actually eat, so not sure how the food is. The restaurant called to change my 6:30 reservation to 6:45, which was fine. When we arrived at 6:44, the restaurant wasn't that busy but looks like many tables are reserved. We got seated and for more than 15 minutes no one came to greet us or give us water. We saw many people there before us had not gotten their food and decided it won't get any better so we left.

The location is convenient but a bit run down. Overall glad we tried out another local place but probably won't be going back.

I have to say, in the last yea... read more My hubby and I have been going to The Boldthouse for the last 5 years and seen Miriam withstand every challenge, including COVID. I have to say, in the last year the food has excelled to top notch. We had Mahi Mahi for the first time last night werepleasantly impressed. It was delicious. Normally we get shrimp tacos because they are hard to pass up, but wanted to trysomething new. The Caprese Salad is always great. And the Zuppa Toscano soup is literally the best anywhere. It’s a smallplace, so know going into it that you aren’t getting chain restaurant staff capabilities, so slow down, take your time toenjoy, and appreciate we have a place locally we can go to. We love it!
