What User doesn't like about Playa Bowls:
Place an order on an app to pick up. My husband took it and she gave him another order. When he came home, we called and they said they had no record of my order. I explained I have an order confirmation from their location with order and my credit card has already been charged. Then the girl was hanging on me. Terrible customer service all around. I pulled up and got a dirty look from the blond McCann that wore sweatshirt girls before I even went to the door. The look of Annoyance was obvious.
Every time I place. Order at the Seagirt location, the staff are always very helpful and customer service oriented. My experiences have been 10 out of 10.

Every single time I visit the Wall location, I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I am so impressed with the staff there. I never feel rushed. If I ever have any questions, right down to the payment process they are always accommodating. The food is outstanding and ALWAYS fresh. I love it there!
