Very tasty food. It was our first time trying but we will come back for sure. We had the peanut satay chicken soup, stir fry with chicken, and stir fry with beef. Both stir fried meats were super tender and served with a lot of veggies. The only complaint I have is that I felt the stir fry tasted like it was steamed instead of fried, so chicken didn't have any colour, etc. But flavour was there which was the most imp... What Andrew doesn't like about Viet Hai:
One of those restaurants that you are here for the food and neglect their service (or get neglected). Often do take-outs from Viet Hai and occasionally do some in for a dine-in visit. Came today and was neglected for about 10 minutes; had to grab our own menu. Food came in reasonable time. Was hot and delicious. Prices are average. Didn't order the spring rolls but they are $8 for 4 pieces. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
I only did take out. It arrived cold, and the portion seemed small, and it wasn't as tasty as I'vehad before. The Springrolls were good though.
