What NONY GARV doesn't like about Jugo Juice:
This is two shots. She literally made one and split into two. As you can see the residue from one as she spilled it into the other one. This is not acceptable. This isn’t the first time I brought them. Not buying from here again. The staff at this location are very nice and hardworking; I am always greeted with a smile, and I always receive a quality product in good time. I enjoy coming here for a nutritious snack.
This place is horrible. Employees are always uninterested to serve you and act annoyed when they have to come serve you stop preparing whatever wraps they’re making. Today I wanted a small pb chocolate which is listed online available in small size. Told me No Only Large! Sorry, I will be giving my business to a place that doesn’t false advertise. Don’t go here!
I’ve ordered from here several times (convenient location); however, more than once, my smoothie has been poorly blended too thick to drink through a paper straw. For anyone reading this, double-check that your drink has been mixed thoroughly before walking away.
Hello. I'm H, who is currently working at this location. I’m writing this regarding the previous review. If you were the person who talked to me, I think this all stems from my poor explanation and English skills. I've been working here for more than three years, and I've been properly having tips during that period. At that moment, I just wanted to say that I haven't received tips lately, but it was totally misrepresented due to my lack of English skills no further explanation smile. Specifically, English is not my first language, so sometimes, I have a tough time using proper words or understanding the points, which is why I think this misunderstanding has occurred. I know better than anyone else that my boss always tries to respect and understand all employees. I leave a review under my name because I'm heartbroken that she's being framed for this one review. If you want to talk about this more seriously, please revisit the store. And I want to clear up the misunderstanding and explain it again. Thank you.
