Vince The Pizza Prince - Scranton

I've been savoring this pizza for 50 years! Sadly, its quality has diminished over the years, and it’s not prepared as well as it once was.

I had a really disappointing experience at Vince Pizza Prince. After a 50-minute drive to pick up my pizza order, I discovered that they had misplaced it! They didn’t offer any discount or compensation for the trouble, and it felt like they didn’t care at all. I ended up just leaving. It feels like they no longer value my business. The warm, family-friendly atmosphere that used to be present is gone; it feels entirely commercial now. I really miss how things used to be! Additionally, I was taken aback by the owner’s untruthful response. I have Vince's phone number saved in my contacts, and I can prove that I called to place my order. What a shame, as I’ve always loved their pizza.

When I called to ask about the menu options, the staff member I spoke with was rather unhelpful, making me feel like I was either inconveniencing them or lacking understanding. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up my order, I had to wait another 15 minutes, which made it seem like my order had been forgotten. By the time I finally received my food, the box was so hot that it burned my fingers, indicating that it had just been made.

Vince's restaurant is truly a gem! The pizza was not only unique and tasty but also rich in history. The owner really went the extra mile to make my tired family feel welcome and comfortable. I only wish we lived closer, but we will definitely return, no matter what. It's small businesses like this that make me appreciate this country even more. Keep up the fantastic work, Vince!

I had an amazing experience during my first visit to this restaurant. The ambiance and the food were excellent, and the customer service was exceptional and very welcoming. There is a convenient paved parking lot for guests. Additionally, the restaurant is family-friendly, featuring many tables and numerous pictures on the walls to entertain kids. It’s also wheelchair accessible, with a flat parking area that leads right into the restaurant.
