When I walked in and politely asked if they had a tailgating combo of sandwiches, the girl at the register responded with a firm "no" and an unpleasant attitude. I then inquired if I could place an order through my app, to which the girl next to her simply hummed in agreement. I stepped aside to place my order, but was taken aback as one of the employees began ranting about how people don't appreciate their efforts. I was left in shock and chose to remain silent while I waited for my food. During my wait, another employee took over the register and had an even worse attitude with a customer. If these employees aren't willing to work on Sundays, perhaps they should consider staying home. Without customers, there wouldn't be a KFC or paychecks for them.

Despite this, there was still a line at the d... read more I arrived at 8 PM, just an hour before closing time, but the restaurant was completely dark, and the sign was off. Despite this, there was still a line at the drive-thru. When I got up to place my order, the employee informed me that they were out of that item and wouldn't be cooking any more chicken for the night. She offered to let me know what was still available, but we decided to eat somewhere else.

Need a... read more The food is decent, and you likely won’t get sick from it. However, don’t expect too much beyond that. Unfortunately, they don’t serve chicken at dinner. Need any sauce? Don’t bother; they won’t include it in your bag anyway. At least we have bowls!
