Kfc - Scranton

This was the Scranton KFC. 100% better service than in Clarksummit. However, the corn was poorly dried. For the first time try the baked beans. Deliciousness

Food was great workers were very good and have a great sense of humor

Only have been to this KFC before but so far haven't had a problem with the staff but I do expect a longer wait time at this place compared to other places. Love the chicken sandwich at this place. Those fries are delicious . The Mac and cheese is one of the best items on the menu. Only downsides are wait time, high prices, and forgetting an item I ordered. Would go here again.

2 stars because I keep going there even tho they always give me a meal I didn 't order. One time I ordered a chicken bowl, drove all the way home to find no chicken in said bowl.. I drive back and said hey there 's no chicken in here... Kid opens up my food and says are ya sure . This lunatic thought I done are all the mini chickens and drove back with a bowl of mashed potatoes just to get more chicken. The nerve. The audacity.

They were very busy and clearly under staffed we had to wait 20 minutes to get our food. The staff was friendly and polite but ultimately left things out of our $70 order. They tried their best all young kids so this review isn't about them it's about management there. There was maybe 4 young people working with a line of cars around the corner. Maybe we caught them at a bad night idk.
